How does my house account work?
As a member, you will receive a personal house account. When dining with us, you have the option to pay for your meal with your house account.
You can let us know by telling the host when you check in, by making your reservation through the Sorrel text concierge, or by leaving a note on your online reservation.
Depending on your membership level, $300 or $500 in credits are added to your house account every 3 months of membership. If your meal happens to cost more than the amount of credits you have remaining, the difference will be charged to your payment method on file automatically. Your house account can be used in any situation, including for private event bookings and ticketed events.
You will still get a receipt for your meal, but you will be able to skip settling the bill using your credit card on premise. Please note a 20% gratuity is automatically added to dining purchases made through your house account.
Can I still use my house account if I want to split the bill?
Yes! Just let our staff know, and we'll be able to take care of that for you.
I will be out of town for a bit, can I skip a quarter of membership?
Yes! You can skip any upcoming billing cycle by visiting the My Membership section of your
Member Portal.
How can I cancel my membership?
You can cancel your membership at any time by visiting the My Membership section of your
Member Portal.
If you choose to cancel your membership, you will still have access to member benefits and your house account until the end of the current 3-month billing period.
Do my credits roll over?
Any unused credits will expire at the end of each quarterly billing period.
